Ceremonial Cacao Refund Policy

No refunds will be possible on Ceremonial Cacao since it is an edible product.

I guarantee sound wrapping and packaging of my products, such that they should arrive in good shape. If the product should be damaged upon delivery, claims must be made with the shipping company.

TRE and SSP Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled event, a cancellation fee worth 50% of the appointment cost will be applied.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled event, a cancellation fee worth 100% of the appointment cost will be applied. For packages, this can be paid in cash, by another payment method, or by losing one session from your package. Payments by credit card will be subject to processing fees.

In the case of bundles, the % fee will apply to the cost of one session of that bundle (for example, a 3-session package worth 300$ will mean that one session is worth 100$. If the cancellation/rescheduling is done 24-48 hrs before the scheduled appointment, the cancellation will be 50$. If it is done within 24 hrs, it will be 100$).

TRE and SSP Refund Policy

No refund will be possible for TRE or SSP sessions that have been used. If you buy a session and wish to cancel it, you may do so according to the cancellation policy (see above).

For TRE multi-session packages, no refund will be possible once at least one session has been used. Remaining sessions have no expiry date and may be used at any time in the future. Remaining sessions may also be converted to SSP sessions.

Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis. If an exception is granted, refunds will be given as follows:

Any used sessions will be charged at the full rate instead of the discounted rate available through the package (note that packages have a lower per-session rate than one-off sessions). For example, if you buy a 5-session package and use the first session (which is 90 minutes long), you will be refunded the package fee minus the full rate for a 90 minute one-off session, minus an administrative fee of $10. For example, if a package costs $499 and you use one 90-minute session (valued at $155 at the full rate), you will be refunded $499 – $155 – $10 = $334.

For SSP subscriptions, refunds are possible if they are requested within the first 2 months of purchase and have not been used or have been used a maximum of once only. A $50 fee will apply to cover the cost of the subscription and administrative fees.

For SSP multi-session packages, no refund will be possible once at least one session has been used. Remaining sessions have no expiry date and may be used at any time in the future. SSP sessions may also be converted to TRE sessions if the client prefers to work with TRE.
