The Toe-dip package
For people new to TRE who don’t feel ready to commit to the momentum or commitment packages (5 and 8 sessions, respectively), or for experienced practitioners who would like a little extra support in order to deepen their practice.
This 3-session package will give you the basics in terms of learning the practice and knowing where to start in order to start getting established with it.
Working with a provider for several sessions, especially at the beginning, can help you really get established in your practice and help ensure you get results from TRE.
Once you have been practicing for a while, you may find you want to have occasional sessions with a provider in order to go deeper and to help move beyond stuck tremoring patterns.
Many people, including TRE providers, find they get more out of sessions when there is someone holding the space for them.

Momentum package
This package can be used whether you are new to TRE or have previous experience. It is for people who would like to give this practice a fair trial in order to learn how to work with it and begin to learn modifications and how to get the tremors moving through the body.
This is a great opportunity to learn the basics and get a good grounding in the theory of TRE, through experiencing it in your body.
As a long-term practice, TRE can allow us to follow the evolution of our body’s natural tendency to release deeply-held tensions, wake up frozen parts of ourselves, and tap into ever deeper layers of stuck emotions that cause a subtle and persistent discomfort with ourselves and with life.
Working with a provider in a more sustained way at the beginning of our TRE journey and on an as-needed basis as we progress with the process can be hugely supportive and help us get the most out of it.
A provider will help you learn the nuances of your nervous system states and how to recognize them. They will also provide safety and co-regulation in order to help you go deeper in your sessions, and can guide you on how to follow your body and release stuck tremoring patterns.

The Commitment Package
This package can be used whether you are new to TRE or have previous experience. It is for people who would like to commit to this practice and really see it through in order to discover its full potential.

SSP
The Safe and Sound Protocol consists of three separate 5-hour listening programs. The programs are called Connect, Core and Balance. Not every client will need to listen to all 15 hours, but in order to gain therapeutic benefit, most clients will need to complete the 5-hour Core program.
In certain cases, the listening programs will need to be slowed down significantly and it may therefore require several months to complete a single 5-hour listening protocol. The best case scenario is that a person can complete the Core program in a matter of weeks without needing either of the other programs.
Since the requirements will vary based on each client’s individual case, the process begins by the client subscribing to the SSP program by paying an access fee of $399, which gives them access to all three programs for a maximum of 6 months. They will receive an intake form as well as an invitation to open an account to access the SSP program. They will also receive a series of assessments to fill out that will guide me on how to proceed with the delivery of SSP. These assessments will also serve as a baseline from which we will be able to measure the client’s progress throughout the program.
Once the assessments are filled out, we will begin with a 20-minute intake call in order to discuss the process and the client’s specific needs in greater detail. We will then schedule a first guided listening session.
The first listening session will always be done in my presence (be it over Zoom or in person). Thereafter, based on the needs of the client and my assessment, it may be possible to proceed with self-guided sessions at home.
1st guided listening session (90 minutes) : $155

For people who have had at least one SSP session with me. These sessions can be added on an as-needed basis as you progress through the program.

Cacao
If you want some time to connect with yourself and with me, need support integrating after retreats or medicine work, wish to discuss your intentions for these, or would simply like to sit in silence with me and a cup of Ceremonial Cacao, this session is for you.

- a ceremonial dose (40g) of organic, ceremonial cacao from Peru

For people who have had at least one TRE session with me, this session is intended to allow for more space to connect with yourself, with me, and to integrate your TRE session.
Often, a TRE session can bring us to a place of feeling relaxed, connected, and alive. In some cases, after a session, we may also come into a vulnerable emotional space that just needs some time to settle. Whatever the case, sitting with a cacao can be a really wonderful way to just be with what is here, with compassion or with enjoyment, taking the time to allow the session to settle before heading back out into the world.
This session is 1 hour and 45 minutes long, allowing us time to complete a full TRE session, prepare the cacao and sit together with whatever is here.
